Refund policy

Returns
Our top priority is your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item in its original unused condition. Returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase, at your own expense, for a full refund of the purchase price. Specially priced items marked "final sale" or "clearance" are ineligible for return.

To begin the return process, email us at info@indigoandonyx.com, stating the reason for your return. If approved, you will be given a special return authorization code to include with your return. Mail your items to: Indigo & Onyx, 36509 W Barcelona Ln, Maricopa, AZ, United States.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
